Meet Financial Coach Michelle

We are in this together

For as long as I can remember, I have loved creating budgets and going over finances with family and friends. When I was a teenager, I would sit at a table with a family member and write down their budget on a piece of paper. I loved it! I knew I always wanted to help others in some way. Growing up was difficult and I knew from a young age I wanted to create generational wealth.

I decided to go to college for finance, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and a Minor in Psychology. After I graduated, I worked for a big financial corporation in Boston with private equity funds, trades, and stocks. Unfortunately, It was never fulfilling, I wanted to help individuals and their families. From there, I worked at a law firm for 8 years that specialized in Debt Collection. We represented the big banks and corporations and worked with individuals to pay and settle their debts through legal means. I learned so much about debt collection and the legal process.

Even with my education and passions, I struggled with managing my discretionary expenses, my bills were always paid on time but what I really desired was financial freedom and control.

It wasn’t until the birth of my first child that I made the decision to really get out of debt and take control of my financial freedom. Changing my money mindset, establishing a plan and sticking to it, self-discipline, and seeing the positive outcome really helped me reach some of my financial goals. I love the feeling it has provided and I want to share that with as many people as possible.

As a single mother of two little children, it is important to me to continue to break generational curses and help educate and set the foundation for my children’s future.

My job and passion is to support and guide you through your financial journey.

I would love to hear your story and help you accomplish your dreams and financial wellness.
